Brief Description of Technology (200 words or less)

This is a solution for the : SpillSource

We should take the owners, the shareholders and the government officials who are responsible and ask them either to eat the spill or to use their bodies to plug the hole at the bottom of the Gulf.

Materials Required (50 words or less)
You need the bodies of about 20 to 30 fat managers of BP, Halliburton and Transocean to plug the hole.

Equipment Required (50 words or less)
Some kind of huge hammer to hedge to guys in the hole.

Expertise Required – including description and numbers (100 words or less)
Not so much expertise is required, just find the folks that are responsible and bring them over to the Gulf.
