Ah oui, je me souvenais d’un point concernant la proposition par le gouvernement français d’expulser Khoneiny (voire de fermer les yeux si un problème lui advenait), et la réponse du Shah de le garder sur place pour éviter qu’il vienne dans un lieu plus proche.

extract : "Then-President Valery Giscard d’Estaing sent a diplomat to Neauphle-le-Chateau and later an emissary to Tehran to meet with the shah. The French offered to expel Khomeini, but the shah said no, apparently not wanting the cleric to end up anywhere near Iran.«
